| CANCELLATION POLICY: |

An invoice represents a contract. Because of the limited number of suppliers and the intense promotion which includes exhibitors names, and the fact that once an invoice is issued NTS commits that space to that supplier there will be NO REFUNDS. An invoice is considered a just and payable debt if NTS is not notified in writing ninety (90) days prior to the first show of the series (November 30, 2008)for Spring 2009/June 23, 2008 for Fall 2008) of your withdrawal.
