NATIONAL TRADE SHOWS, INC., the innovator in the field of Travel Industry promotion, will be presenting its forty-eigth and forty-ninth series of Mini-Trade/Dinner Shows:
SPRING 2009 and
FALL 2008. The concept is based on a careful blending of a mini-trade/dinner show, open-hosted bar, and dinner.
| ATTENDANCE |
The concept is based on a workable ratio of suppliers to agents. There will be a limited number of suppliers at each location. The attendance will be limited each evening. This will bring a limited number of suppliers in direct contact with a selected number of top producing retailers to present their material and programs.

| FORMAT |
The function will start at 6:00 PM with a one-hour exhibit period. At that time, the suppliers will have an opportunity to present their newest material. The bar will be open from 6 to 9 PM. Dinner will be served at 7:00 PM. At 8:00 PM suppliers will have an opportunity to make a brief statement and/or award door prizes. Exhibitors are assured total contact with local retailers by the use of a registration card, which must be stamped by the individual suppliers for eligibility in the door prize drawings. (Any exhibitor, at their discretion, may provide an individual door prize.)

| MATERIAL |
Material will be prepackaged by NTS and transported to each show. NTS requires 100 of each brochure plus reorder cards to provide your company’s kit to each agent. This alleviates the need for masses of material and allows the agent to order what is needed. (specific packaging and shipping regulations will be forwarded to each supplier, and these must be strictly adhered to.)

Each exhibitor is limited to two staff members at each presentation.

NTS projects a wait list again this season. The number of exhibitors is limited, space is on a first-come, first-serve basis. It is necessary for full payment to be received by NTS to guarantee participation.
